Dinner at KYC

Tonight our meeting was hosted by the Kemptville Youth Centre. KYC is a non-profit organization with a mission to engage youth in making positive life choices in a socially accepting environment to reach their full potential as responsible productive citizens. Some members of the centre prepared and joined us for a spaghetti dinner tonight while others were out for sports night.

 

 

Following supper, KYC's new operations manager Pat Henderson, spoke to us about his background and some of the things he would like to see at the centre going forward. All in all, it was a great evening in one of the places that is very important to our club.
