Our speaker this evening was Dr. David Shanahan from the North Grenville Historical Society. David spoke to us about the importance of knowing where you are from, that is the sense of knowing the community you belong to and how it got there. He shared with us the evolution of the society, the ties it has with other organizations and the ongoing direction it is taking. After a Q & A, David was thanked for a most interesting presentation by Rotarian Mark.
