Coach Visits Club

Our speaker this evening was Kevin Savoy. Kevin is a business coach who works with business owners who want to take their firms to the next level. Although he works in a variety of areas, Kevin ran us through a personality profiling platform called DISC. He explained that each of us have a dominant set of characteristics in one of these four areas: outgoing, people orientated, reserved and task oriented. He went through the characteristics of each group and how they work with each other.
