Local Navy Cadet Representatives Visit Club

President Jill presented a cheque for $1000 to local cadet Navy League chair Mike  and CPO Katie on behalf of the club. These funds will assist the local sea cadet corps in their operations. Sea cadets are an organization which provide leadership and basic military skills to youth between the ages of 13 and 18.

Following the cheque presentation, a presentation was made to outgoing League president, Rotarian Donovan in recognition of his efforts to put the local corps on sound footing. Donovan will now be involved with the Navy League at the provincial level.
