Presidential Citation

The Rotary Club of Kemptville has received a Rotary International Presidential Citation. The citation recognizes achievements related to membership development and contribution to The Rotary Foundation. The citation was presented by Past District Governor Katie Burke to Past President Jennifer Franssen.
